The Generation III ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System) is a multi-layered solution to maintain core body temperature in multiple cold weather climates and activities. This Level 7 Parka is the outermost layer of the ECWCS, intended to protect the wearer during static operations in extreme cold, dry conditions.
