Interceptor Base Vest Carrier

The Interceptor multi-threat Body Armour system (IBA) was the replacement armor system that came out in the 2000s to replace the PASGT system. The core component was these OTV (Outer Tactical Vest) vests. With these you could add all the pouches you could possibly need to sustain combat in the short term as well as attach other protective components such as groin or neck protectors. Eventually these would go on to be replaced by the IOTV (improved outer tactical vest) in the newer OCP Multicam pattern in the 2010's.
