US Military Extreme Cold Weather Liner. 
Quilted liner designed to be worn under an extreme cold weather parka to provide protection at mean monthly temperatures below 14 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 10 degrees Celsius). Button holes at neck, wrist and front to pair with outer garment, or just wear it as a separate insulating base layer. Olive drab outer quilted nylon shell with 100% polyester insulation batting. Used, excellent condition. Made in USA.
